About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team at Action Workforce, a leading Labour Hire, Technical Services, and Training organisation. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the heart of our operations, focusing daily on candidate management, interviews, and ensuring compliance for work readiness.

You will be a key support to our Account Managers and have the opportunity to interact with clients directly, be part of candidate site introductions and client visits. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Writing and placing job adverts
  • Setting up general registration and on-boarding candidates to our database
  • Office Administration duties

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Computer savvy
  • The ability to work well as part of a small yet highly efficient team
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work within a team environment that supports each other to function as one group
