Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting and inspiring our delivery team by optimally allocating resources to ensure their day-to-day success.

This is primarily a weekend role with required availability from 3 PM to 11 PM. Additionally, occasional weekday shifts may be required to cover for team members on leave.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant industry experience in logistics or transport management, with strong familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS) (Preferred but not essential).
  • Willingness to work flexibly – Weekend availability (3PM – 11PM) and weekdays when required.
  • Familiarity with QLD state-specific suburbs and logistics operations, with an understanding of local and interstate transport networks is an advantage.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to build positive, professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and 3PL providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • A proactive 'can-do' mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and customer satisfaction.
