We are a fast-growing, high-end residential landscaping business providing innovative design and construction solutions.

We specialise in delivering high-quality landscaping solutions, blending innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship for high-end and luxury residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Daily Operations: Lead the daily operations of the organisation across pricing, sales, staffing, product management, and construction, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the business.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth while setting and tracking key performance goals.
  • Policies & Procedures: Continuously evaluate and refine company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability.
  • Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Compliance: Oversee, maintain, and enforce all WHS standards, ensuring compliance and safety across the organisation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the hiring of key personnel and oversee comprehensive training programs to develop team skills and foster continuous improvement.
  • Financial & Productivity Oversight: Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
On Offer:

As General Manager, you will be responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, and financial outcomes.

You will have full accountability for business scorecard metrics and the support and assistance required to achieve goals and grow the organisation.

Requirements:
  • An experienced executive with substantial management experience, preferably in the construction or landscaping sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex operations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Salary:

$150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
