Job Description

The role of an intra-fund strategist involves providing high-quality, personalized financial advice to valued members. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing customers' financial situations and delivering strategic superannuation advice that aligns with regulations and best practices.

This is a work-from-home role that requires flexibility and balance in one's day. As an intra-fund strategist, you will have the opportunity to work independently while maintaining effective relationships with key contacts and relevant third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal, intra-fund financial advice in line with legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Participate in professional development activities and maintain certifications and licenses required for the role
  • Contribute to team discussions and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Achieve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, compliance, and appointment targets
  • Maintain effective relationships with key contacts and relevant third parties (e.g. Internal Stakeholders and Licensee) to produce successful business results.
  • Working with Customer Group leaders to develop and deliver regular reporting across teams
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as required

What We're Looking For

  • Australian Financial Services (AFS) license or authorized representative status
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to ensure skills and knowledge are up-to-date, accurate and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to members
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse range of people
  • Commitment to high standards of professionalism and compliance
  • Full time, permanent position
