The ideal candidate will have strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to develop strategies using financial data. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of automotive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, and onboard contractors, including analyzing metrics, screening potential contractors, acting as a consultant, facilitating contracts, orienting new contractors, and coordinating training.
  • Enhance contractor business performance through regular visits, monitoring KPIs, managing costs, developing improvement plans, adjusting territories, managing renewals, recognizing high performers, and discussing growth strategies.
  • Resolve member complaints and claims, conducting investigations, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
  • Complete administrative duties related to ERS assistance during emergencies, including documentation, researching best practices, promoting products, and coordinating meetings.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Responsible for up to 100 Independent Contract Facilities AAA service performance, recruitment, instruction, expense control, and contract termination.
