About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our small, family-focused mobile NDIS provider in Sydney. As a graduate, you will receive comprehensive supervision and a $2,000 professional development budget. Enjoy the flexibility of a mobile role, building a caseload close to home and completing reports from the comfort of your own space.

You will work closely with clients of all ages, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions in various settings, including home, school, and the community. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients overcome barriers, develop skills, and achieve their goals.

This is a full-time position, with flexible part-time options available. Graduates are encouraged to apply. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, with a current split of 60% paediatrics and 40% adults.

About You

  • Tertiary Occupational Therapy qualification
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Active listener and critical thinking skills
  • Passion and drive to make a difference
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Learning mindset with a desire to challenge existing perceptions
  • Enthusiasm to grow and expand knowledge, skill-set, and career
  • Current Driver's License and own car
  • Current Working With Children's Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
