About This Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, providing expert advice on our range of local and imported brands, and ensuring their shopping experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our product range, staying up-to-date with new releases and seasonal offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive store environment.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels and handle cash transactions efficiently and securely.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail when handling cash and processing transactions.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods, with moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg as required.
