Job Title: Groundsperson - Ipswich

Job Description:

The 88 Limestone Street Precinct is a historic and charming area that requires maintenance to preserve its beauty. As a Groundsperson, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the precinct's grounds, including general yard tidying, mowing lawns, using a whipper-snipper, garden maintenance, weeding & pruning, weed spraying, watering plants and operating irrigation system, using a backpack blower to clean carpark, footpaths and precinct outdoor spaces, using an automatic cleaning machine, pressure cleaner and hose to clean outdoor spaces, weeding and pruning gardens, washing windows, collecting rubbish from tenants and around precinct grounds and footpaths, and washing out garbage bins.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Current driver's licence
  • Reliable transport
  • Willinngness to undertake a National Police History Check
