Our client is a privately owned and operated enterprise with diversified interests in distribution, logistics, mining, infrastructure, and property investment. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property professional to join their high-performing team.
Working closely with the Directors and Investment Manager, the role has a focus on assisting with the overall strategic management of the portfolio, including:
- Assisting with due diligence on property acquisitions.
- Unlocking value-add opportunities through development.
- Preparing investment and Board reports, including budget and variance analysis.
- Liaising and managing external management agencies, including leasing agents and property managers.
- Maintaining strong relationships with all tenants.
- Preparing tenancy schedules.
- Maintaining all legal and legislative requirements.
- Assisting with all strategic Asset Management across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience within a commercial property management environment and be seeking the next step in their career. You will ideally have a strong commercial leasing and financial understanding and a property-related degree is highly desirable.
You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment and be able to demonstrate superior communication and time management skills with the ability to deal with various stakeholders across multiple properties. Overall, a great attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
