Nurse Manager Position in Central Adelaide

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Recovery Unit team as a Nurse Manager. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the existing management structure, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
As a Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the unit's operations, working closely with staff to maintain clinical excellence, while supporting the development of clinical practices and providing mentorship to nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

What You Need To SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role in healthcare
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under minimal supervision
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards, legislative responsibilities, and quality improvement systems in the nursing context
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $104,859 p.a., plus superannuation and salary sacrifice benefits.
