Key Role in Open Data Solutions

The Junior Data Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in our team, reporting to the Data Operations Manager. We seek an analytical professional to join us as we expand.

  • Conduct extensive research and contribute to the enrichment and governance of merchant data assets.
  • Perform high-volume data entry and validation with strong attention to detail, supporting data quality and consistency.
  • Manage Quality Assurance tasks, including offshore team assessments, and provide coaching and technical support to overseas teams.
  • Provide ongoing support for accuracy and data completeness of key data assets.
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis to support new business opportunities, existing client needs, and internal data initiatives.
  • Apply data wrangling techniques to clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis and operational use.
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships across technical, client support, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confidence in collaborating with peers and managers across teams to drive shared outcomes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, focused on optimizing operational processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with SQL/Python is beneficial. Experience with documentation tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
