As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in making the holiday season sparkle for our customers. Whether it's decorating a Christmas tree, creating a welcoming atmosphere, or setting a festive table, you will help our customers add a joyful touch to every corner of their home.

Requirements

We are looking for Holiday Assistants who are customer-focused, agile, and able to jump in wherever we need them most. They will:

  • Have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a love of beautiful homewares.
  • Bring high positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach to team goals in a fast-paced, busy environment.
  • Provide a seamless point of sale service that is engaging and efficient.
  • Help out with operational tasks as required, such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and be involved in Visual Merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.
  • Have great availability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and weekends.

Candidates with extensive availability over the holiday period and the ability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and weekends, will be reviewed favorably.
