Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior administrative and executive support to deliver and support the Central Units with university-wide communications services
  • Develop and implement a range of communication strategies and plans to support key internal clients within the Central Units
  • Coordinate a range of communication channels, including digital communications, to engage with various audiences
  • Provide high-quality communication advice and support to key stakeholders, aligned with university strategy
  • Develop and maintain websites, social media platforms, fact sheets, briefing notes, correspondence, presentations, and e-newsletters
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and implement communication programs and projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency
  • Substantial relevant experience working in a varied communications or public relations role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills
