Job Title

A dedicated and experienced Retail Operations Manager is required to lead our dynamic retail operation in the North region of Perth.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers, while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic sales associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximise their potential and meet sales targets
  2. Strategically schedule rosters across kiosks using rostering software to the benefit of employees, customers and sales
  3. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that kiosk objectives are achieved
  4. Establish and maintain a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and enhancing customer loyalty
  5. Obtain a high level of hygiene to ensure compliance with current Health and Safety regulations/standards
  6. Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and reflects the brand image, creating an inviting and inspiring shopping environment
  7. Inventory management, including stocktake, stock replenishment, ordering, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  8. Monitor and analyse sales reports, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions as needed
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail or food industry
  2. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  3. Scheduling and rostering proficiency (bonus rostering software experience favoured)
  4. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  5. Strong business acumen and the ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets
  6. Proficient in analysing sales reports, identifying trends, and implementing effective strategies accordingly
  7. Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and its impact on sales
  8. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  9. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
