About the Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at Regis Kirwan, a leading Aged Care provider in Regional Queensland. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in a values-driven organisation that prioritises person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in accordance with their care plan and policy.
  • Administer medication and provide specialised nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Collaborate with clinical and care staff to provide quality care and achieve excellent outcomes for residents.
  • Motivate and lead a team of Carers and Enrolled Nurses, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Lead care outcomes for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Minimum of 2+ years Nursing experience since registration, ideally within Health, Primary or Aged Care.
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for residents.
  • An understanding of the needs of people living with dementia and the ability to provide tailored care.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proven capability and experience leading a team (for In-Charge roles).
Mandatory Requirements
  • Proof of the legal right to work in Australia.
  • Valid National Police Check or NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Evidence of seasonal Influenza vaccination.
  • Completion of pre-employment health assessment.
