- Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and retention.
- Lead onboarding processes and ensure quick time-to-value.
- Manage renewals and spot opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or expansion.
- Facilitate regular meetings and business reviews to keep stakeholders aligned and engaged.
