Front of House Staff Member

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team. As a Front of House staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a friendly and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a cafe or similar environment and will be available to work on a casual basis.

As a Front of House staff member, you will be required to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the store
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as required

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience working in a cafe or similar environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
