We are seeking a seasoned nursing professional to oversee the management of our hospital's operations outside of regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee patient access and care coordination during after-hours periods.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators, including Emergency Treatment Performance (ETP) and Transfer of Care (TOC).
  • Event Management: Manage significant events that occur outside of business hours in collaboration with on-call executives.
  • Skill Mix Management: Effectively manage staff skills, monitor unplanned shifts, and address Health Work & Safety concerns.

In this role, you will work closely with the Patient Flow Coordinator to advance nurse-led strategies and practice improvement through a collaborative approach.
