Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the successful delivery of engineering outcomes across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities, infrastructure or systems engineering and be able to lead multidisciplinary teams.

About This Role

The Facilities and Production Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for fostering the growth and development of engineers within the team, managing technical investigations and delivering engineering solutions with sound judgement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of engineers to deliver engineering artefacts on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Foster the growth and development of engineers within the team.
  • Manage technical investigations and deliver engineering solutions with sound judgement.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in relatable technical/engineering roles.
  • A good understanding of applicable engineering toolsets (e.g. PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation and analysis software).
  • Knowledge of Facility Monitoring principles especially in defence environments.
  • Experience in Civil/Infrastructure development and installation projects.
  • Knowledge of Production Quality Control processes and lean six-sigma manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
