Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement data integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow between various systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex integration projects and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of integrations and data workflows.

  • Key areas of focus include designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using tools like MuleSoft composer, Data Cloud, and APIs.
  • Another key responsibility is managing large- and small-scale data migration projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
  • Developing and maintaining APIs (REST/SOAP) for real-time and batch data exchange while collaborating with other technology teams.
  • Exploring ways to leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and activate organisational data for real-time insights and integrations.
  • Collaborating with members of the platform team to carry out development, supporting, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Working closely with data and analytic teams to ensure smooth data ingestion, transformation, and visualisation of Salesforce data in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Key skills required for this role include a deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, proficiency in SOQL, and familiarity with Salesforce APIs. A strong track record of integrating Salesforce with analytics tools and data lakes is also essential.

About the Role
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in integration or data specialist roles involving Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Certified Salesforce Developer with a proven ability to analyse and manipulate data in various database formats.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability skills.
