We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Melbourne North. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating and independence.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
- Provide respite and emotional support, recognizing the importance of mental health and wellbeing.
- Transport customers to appointments, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
- Deliver complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, with empathy and understanding.
- We prioritize the wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff, providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.

- You must be available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
