About the Role

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team in Lithgow, NSW. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, including domestic and personal care assistance.
  • Assist individuals to access and participate in community activities and events.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Ability and willingness to work shift work, including regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships.
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
