Job Title

A Pool Operations Supervisor role has become available at our Aquatic Centre.

This is a full-time position that involves leading the way in ensuring safe and efficient pool operations, as well as managing a team of lifeguards. You will oversee the implementation of operational systems and procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery, venue presentation, safety, and security.

Your responsibilities will include supervising the safe operation of the aquatic facilities, managing daily booking and operational schedules, resolving customer complaints, and upholding compliance with our Emergency Management Plan.

We are looking for someone with effective planning and coordination skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent risk and safety management skills. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the team, setting clear work objectives, assessing performance, and offering ongoing feedback and coaching.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in swimming pool supervision and pool operations;
  • Aquatic Technical Operator certificate (or equivalent) within 6 months of employment;
  • Current Pool Lifeguard qualifications recognised in NSW;
  • Provide First Aid; and
  • Provide CPR.
