The Role

We are seeking a dedicated beauty enthusiast to join our team as a Laser & Skin Therapist.

As a key member of our team, you will provide various treatments to our clients, including laser hair removal and dermal and skin treatments.

You will also be responsible for providing treatment recommendations, including bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations to help our clients target their concerns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
  • Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is regarded
