Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and support to customers
  • Assist in the maintenance and merchandising of in-store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and visual displays
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Process transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Proficiency in using technology, including inventory systems and Google Workspace
  • Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week, including weekends
