Job Title: Front of House Officer
As a Front of House Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, face-to-face and over the phone;
- Assist with administrative tasks, including using our accommodation booking system;
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring timely completion of cleaning tasks;
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is essential;
- First Aid Level 2 certification;
- Current CPR certification;
- National Police Check clearance upon on-boarding;
- Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications:
- NewBook experience (Accommodation booking system);
- Similar accommodation booking software program/system.
