Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Delivery Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional delivery services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Daily Tasks:

  • Conducting thorough inventory checks to ensure accurate loading and unloading of freight.
  • Verifying delivery addresses and contacting customers as required.
  • Securing freight to vehicles in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and reporting any issues to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian or International Licence.
  • Active ABN (easily obtainable online).
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
  • Prior delivery experience an advantage but not essential.

Benefits:

  • A minimum guarantee of $340 per day, with opportunities for overtime.
  • A reliability bonus of over $200 per month for on-time pickups and attendance.
  • A performance bonus of $10 per additional delivery for average greater than 10 jobs per day.
  • A birthday bonus of paid time off for birthday after 6 months of engagement.
  • A referral bonus of $500 unlimited for referrals who work for over 2 months.

Pay Period and Hours:

Payment made on the 25th of each month for the 1st-15th period and on the 10th of the following month for the 16th-end period.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, start between 7 am-8 am, finish before 5 pm or until all deliveries are completed.
