Centre Leader Position

A forward-thinking educator is required to manage the day-to-day operations of our childcare centre.

Our centre provides a state-of-the-art facility with a well-developed philosophy and unique approach to early childhood education.

The centre caters for 120 children per day and has been designed with children at its core, featuring expertly created spaces and highly skilled educators.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with experience and confidence in managing teams, budgets, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, motivating and inspiring staff to achieve excellence in their work.
  • Effectively manage staff rosters in line with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of educational theories, practices, and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
