OSH Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service, Miranda OSHClub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a service at a primary school, providing a safe and engaging environment for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a child-centered program that promotes STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
• Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and compliance.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including administration and compliance.

• A permanent full-time opportunity with 38 hours per week, including 8 non-contact administration hours.
• The opportunity to work across split shifts, supporting the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 09:00am and 3:00pm – 6:00pm.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team and managing a service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children.
