We are seeking a driven and highly motivated sales professional to join our team in the Gold Coast.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is prepared to work hard and invest time and effort in order to establish a rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives are met.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve superior customer experience.
- Focus on stock management to maximise return on investment.
- Monitor business performance indicators to optimise used vehicle sales.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and written communication skills.
- Ability to set goals and targets and lead the sales team to success.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of motor dealership systems is desirable.
Our organisation has expanded across South West Sydney, Regional NSW, Northern NSW, and throughout South East Queensland and Victoria. We cover all aspects of vehicle ownership.
