Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Associate to join our team as an Aluminum Fabrication Specialist at Bradnam's Windows and Doors in Rockhampton.



About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you will contribute positively to the daily production requirements of the Branch by manufacturing and assembling Bradnam's products. You will have the opportunity to work on various lines, including windows, doors, screens, or robes, and participate in cross-training and upskilling opportunities.




  • Picking and cutting metal;
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles;
  • Using hand and power tools;
  • Working across different lines in the factory while maintaining high-quality product standards;
  • Handling products according to approved manual handling techniques and requirements, including some heavy lifting;
  • Demonstrating and upholding safe work practices and complying with site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign-in procedures, and other processes.


Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will require:




  • A willingness to learn about our products and processes, with good attention to detail and quality workmanship;
  • Experience with hand and power tools or a willingness to learn;
  • Punctuality and reliability, along with good communication skills;
  • Previous workplace experience with aluminum fabrication is highly regarded but not essential;
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to safe work practices.
