Join Our Team as a Casual Scientific/Technical Officer

We are seeking a pool of casual technical/scientific officers to support learning and teaching across the nursing and paramedicine disciplines in the Faculty of Health at Queensland University of Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support learning and teaching activities in nursing and paramedicine disciplines
  • Collaborate with the Simulation Learning team to develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Utilize specialized equipment, such as high and low fidelity clinical simulation equipment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
  • High-level digital literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software
  • Availability to work shifts between 7am – 9pm to support classes
