Labourer Position Overview

As a skilled and motivated Labourer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key responsibilities include performing labouring tasks with a positive attitude and high level of initiative, operating forklifts and other equipment as required, and assisting with order picking, delivery, and palletising.

  • Perform diverse labouring tasks that require physical effort and stamina
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Operate various types of equipment including forklifts and palletisers
  • Assist in the preparation and transportation of goods
  • Develop strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors

Our ideal candidate will possess a Nationwide Construction White Card and have previous experience in labouring or warehousing. Additionally, a HR/HC Truck Licence and Forklift Licence are highly desirable.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and maintain a high level of productivity.
