About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at Unilever Brazil. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and assess training requirements.
  2. Training Calendar Management: Coordinate the training calendar and mobilize trainers and assessors to achieve training metrics and ROI.
  3. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all training, inductions, and assessments conducted.
  4. Training Delivery and Coordination: Coordinate externally and internally delivered training and inductions as required.
  5. Evaluation and Impact Assessment: Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
  6. Cost-Effective Training Initiatives: Work with the HR or Training budget to ensure cost-effective training initiatives.
  7. Company Induction Management: Manage the Company Induction to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  8. Training Calendar Development: Build and maintain a training calendar, encompassing both mandatory and development training schedules.
  9. Training Enquiries and Communication: Act as a point of contact for training-related enquiries and communicate training schedules and updates to participants.
  10. Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to staff undertaking courses and apprenticeships, monitor progress, and ensure successful completion.
  11. Training Facilitation: Facilitate training for employees as required.
  12. Instructional Design and Evaluation: Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design and evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.
  13. Training Materials and Resources: Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, manuals, and resources.
Requirements
  1. Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  3. Training and Development Qualifications: TAE/TAA in Training and Certificate IV in Assessing.
  4. Personal Characteristics: Ability to work under pressure, autonomously, and prioritize tasks to deliver high-quality results.
