Job Description

As a retail sales professional, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales process within our store environment.

You will work closely with various team members and customers to foster strong relationships and contribute to business growth and success.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide expert product advice and information to customers
  • Support customer queries and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a well-presented environment
  • Process and maintain customer orders in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with previous retail and/or trade experience, a genuine passion for tools, and excellent communication skills.
