Job Role: Bartender - 16 Antlers Rooftop Bar

Company Description

Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar is named for its unique roof design reminiscent of deer's antlers. Our intimate space offers a haven with comfortable seating, a selection of boutique beers, cocktails, and quality wines, as well as an impressive tapas menu.

We are seeking an enthusiastic bartender to join our team, who is passionate and represents our service philosophy. The ideal candidate will be open to adapting their skills and in creating great experiences, all underpinned by being a true professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all visitors.
  • Create and serve standard and specialized beverages to order.
  • Follow procedures to protect and maintain bar service equipment.
  • Set up and pack down of bar and venue to a high standard.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests' arrival.
  • Work cohesively within the team.
Requirements:
  • Experienced working in a similar environment.
  • Physically fit.
  • Outgoing, people person that can build connections with our guests.
  • High standard of personal presentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Valid QLD RSA.
