The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Peak Trade Casuals to join our friendly team. If you have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll work closely with our experienced team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support the success of our stores during peak trade periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to customers.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Supporting store operations during peak trade periods, including receiving, merchandising, and replenishing stock.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Flexibility to work across multiple stores within a geographical area.
