Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, along with a $1,000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply), as well as a range of benefits including training and ongoing support, a rewards and recognition program, and an employee assistance program incorporating services like financial counselling and nutritional coaching.

About the Role

This operational supervisor role will be based in Wetherill Park, NSW, and will involve overseeing the day-to-day production operations, managing staff and equipment, and ensuring customer orders are completed on time and to the required quality standard.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience
  • A Trade Certificate III in Engineering is essential
  • Experience in laser cutting, manufacturing, and fabrication environments
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Quality control systems
  • Understanding of safety, environment, HR, and IR legislation
  • Forklift licence and Driver's licence are essential
