Pathways Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Pathways Development Specialist to oversee our traineeship and apprenticeship pathways programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This is a permanent full-time position based in our well-established Perth Airport Depot, offering attractive team benefits, stability, and exciting national growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee traineeship and apprenticeship pathways programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive training network nationwide.
  • Provide mentorship to trainees, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in and support events, promoting the programs effectively.
  • Develop and implement indigenous engagement initiatives to enhance inclusivity and diversity.
  • Assist the Learning and Development (L&D) manager with reporting and assessment tasks.

Requirements:

  • Similar experience in previous roles, with a knowledge on managing development pathways and indigenous engagement.
  • Knowledge or skills with learning and development techniques.
  • Passionate about working with young people.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Development, Diploma in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
