Vehicle Fire Suppression Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Fire Suppression Specialist to fill a key role within our organisation in Perth, Australia. This position requires a strong background in vehicle fire suppression systems, as well as knowledge of Australian Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Install, maintain and repair vehicle fire suppression systems.
  • Conduct site surveys to recommend fire protection systems and equipment.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
  • Train and mentor apprentices and trainees.
  • Effectively manage job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advances in fire technology and relevant Australian Standards.

About You:

">
  • Experience in vehicle fire suppression systems and other fire disciplines.
  • A sound understanding of applicable Australian Standards.
  • Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
