About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised Content Creator to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team. Based at our modern offices in Kent Town, you will work closely with subject matter experts to develop effective training resources and courses for various delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging learning content, including e-learning courses, videos, gamification activities, and simulations
  • Develop an end-to-end learning strategy from training needs analysis to post-implementation review
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to enhance learning across various delivery methods
  • Maintain high standards of quality and engagement in all learning content

Requirements:

  • Background in creating and delivering learning content in a retail, customer service, or manufacturing domain
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and make content visually stimulating
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and draw in audiences
  • Ability to learn new IT systems and keep up-to-date with the latest technological learning trends
  • Tertiary qualifications in Training Design or Training & Assessment and experience using Articulate 360 is preferred

What We Offer:
