We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance through proactive client engagement, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.

About the Role
  • Assist in daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique to showcase products in an attractive way.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership and support to the sales team.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Well-presented and groomed, eloquent and articulate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for luxury watches and a keen eye for detail.
