The ideal candidate will be well-organized, motivated, and positive, with excellent communication skills. They will genuinely enjoy working with children and being part of an active household.

Key responsibilities include creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children, following their routine, picking them up from school, engaging in activities with them, taking them to after-school engagements, and performing light household duties.

The successful nanny will have strong personal values, be trustworthy and consistent, and able to form a special bond with the whole family.

Requirements include at least 5+ years of experience in childcare or household management, current first aid certification, a current Working with Children's check, and strong English language skills.

Additional requirements include the ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks, swim, and hold a full driver's license with a clean driving record.
