Job Description:

The Divisional Director – Critical Services role presents a distinctive opportunity for an experienced and visionary medical leader to drive performance outcomes, champion clinical governance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across critical care areas.

This senior executive position requires strategic and operational leadership skills to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based, and patient-focused services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing clinical programs or services, with a strong ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • MBBS (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration
  • Fellowship in a relevant specialty, with extensive clinical experience
  • Proven leadership experience in managing clinical programs or services
  • Strong ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to excellence in clinical governance, safety, and quality improvement
  • Outstanding communication, integrity, and professionalism
