The Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our retail team as a Retail Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence and increase sales through effective selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective selling techniques and focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity.
  • Learn and confidently share PANDORA product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
  • Assist with product and POS deliveries, unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store.
  • Complete PANDORA online training modules to develop yourself and flourish as a PANDORA team member.
  • Lead by example, coach, and train newer members of the team.
  • Maintain a stylish and well-presented appearance and be a brand ambassador.
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards.
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, and follow company security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong selling skills with experience in a luxury environment, preferably with 1-1 sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to initiate contact and communicate confidently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Customer-focused approach.
