Are you looking for a role that combines energy and excitement with a passion for working with children? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a leader of high-energy games and challenges for kids aged 5-11.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being the centre of attention, and has a natural ability to lead and motivate others. As a Kids Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading games and challenges, hyping up the crowd, setting up and packing down event equipment, and working collaboratively with a small team to deliver an unforgettable experience.

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, and able to think on their feet. If you have experience in group fitness instruction, youth leadership, performance, or teaching, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to bring your skills and enthusiasm to a new challenge.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Confidence and big energy
  • A natural ability to lead and motivate others
  • Availability during school holidays and some weekends
  • A Working With Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain one quickly
  • A great attitude and team spirit

Bonus points if you have experience in fitness, dance, drama, or event hosting, or if you can do the worm, cartwheel, or just hype like a legend
