About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Data Analytics to join our Technology and Operations (Tech & Ops) Risk Management team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance and expand tech risk processes, providing greater assurance for the Bank's Technology organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality, risk-focused analytics to provide management with powerful insights for improving the control environment in line with Technology's strategic objectives.
  • Assist the Tech & Ops Risk Management team in becoming more efficient and effective, in both executing assurance reviews and quarterly planning, through the use of analytics and continuous assurance.
  • Work closely with the Tech & Ops Risk Management team and stakeholders to understand the risk and control environment in Technology.
  • Solve complex analytical problems by applying innovative and resourceful thinking.
Requirements
  • Established experience in Analytics, preferably in Risk and Technology.
  • Working knowledge of technology processes, risks, and controls across domains such as cloud, Dev Sec Ops, operational resilience, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Solid experience in R, Python, and SQL for data wrangling, analysis, and modelling.
  • Strong expertise in Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with strong influencing and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
