This role offers a unique chance for a seasoned professional to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project.

  • As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of the project, ensuring timely, within-budget, and safe delivery. You will utilize your expertise to manage and monitor programme, quality, environmental, and contractual obligations.
  • You will review and approve design and construction plans, schedules, temporary works designs, method statements, and job safety analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Your key responsibilities will include effectively assigning tasks to team members, monitoring KPIs and productivity analysis against programme and budget, and undertaking administrative duties as required.
  • In addition, you will mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a degree in engineering and have relevant experience in building construction and rail infrastructure. A strong background in project management, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills, is essential.
