Occupational Therapist Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We are seeking a skilled therapist who is passionate about empowering adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy services to adults with disabilities, focusing on enhancing functional skills, independence, and overall wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals, including family support and indirect client services.
  • Deliver best-practice, client-centered, evidence-based therapy services in various settings, such as homes, educational institutions, or within the community.
Requirements
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration.
  • Have experience working in a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and families.
  • Be committed to professional growth and self-reflection.
  • Be competent with IT systems, especially client management platforms.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel across Melbourne's Northern Region.
