Job Description
We have exciting opportunities arising in 2024/2025 at various levels, specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. You could work in our Office for Indigenous Education's Ngarara Willim Centre or in one of our Colleges - Vocational Education, STEM, Design, or Business. Positions may include Identified or Targeted roles or mainstream positions.
Typical Job Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community to develop and implement programs that promote cultural awareness and understanding.
- Provide support and guidance to our students and staff in their learning journey, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and sense of belonging.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote cultural safety and inclusion.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as a minimum, if applying for teaching roles. You will also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
